The Inspired Global Teaching Fellowship

We’re delighted that you’re interested in joining the Inspired Global Teaching Fellowship as an Early Career Teacher (ECT). This programme has been designed to attract and support the very best graduates, with a particular focus on those teaching STEM subjects.

The Inspired Global Teaching Fellowship is a two-year induction programme designed to help Early Career Teachers in STEM achieve their potential. We do this by providing you with world-class training, mentoring, and international opportunities. This goes beyond the UK Government's outlined Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF)

During your two-year induction, you'll have access to 15 of our top schools in the UK, Bahrain, Oman, Panama, and Spain. After that, career opportunities across all 121 schools in 28 countries will be open to you.
